01How do I turn an AeroLightBox on and off?+

Each light uses touch-sensitive control, so a simple touch turns the illumination on or off. The touch sensor may be positioned differently depending on the product design.

02Does it need to stay connected to a cable?+

No. The built-in rechargeable battery allows cordless display once charged.

03How is it recharged?+

AeroLightBox products recharge through a convenient USB-C port.

05Can I request an aircraft or livery that is not shown?+

Yes. Use the Request a Design form to tell us whether you want a plane, tail or custom lightbox, then add your aircraft and livery details.

06Are the colours an exact match to the original livery?+

Every design aims to preserve the theme and iconic appearance of the original aircraft livery as closely as practical. Exact colour matching is not always possible because illuminated materials have a limited colour range and different light-transmission properties. Colours and minor details may therefore be adapted where needed, with lighting performance, durability and reliable production taking priority.

07What size are the tail lightboxes?+

The complete tail lightbox range uses an overall display size of W 245 × H 195 × D 40 mm (W 9.6 × H 7.7 × D 1.6 in).
